When does Fuell Communication Cloud launch?
We have not announced a launch date. Early-access businesses hear first and can start when their account is ready.
Do I need DLT registration to send SMS?
Yes. In India, business SMS needs a registered entity, sender ID and templates on the DLT platform. Our team will help you through it.
Do WhatsApp messages need approval?
Yes. WhatsApp Business messages to customers use templates approved by Meta, sent from a verified WhatsApp Business account. Our team will help you set it up.
How will pricing work?
We plan to offer prepaid credits for SMS, WhatsApp and email, per-mailbox plans for business email and per-seat plans for live chat. Final prices are shared with early-access businesses before launch.
Can I move from my current provider?
Yes. Tell us what you use today. We will help you move templates, sender IDs and domain records without interrupting your messages.
